At BuroCreative, we’re easily persuaded by worth-while causes, and there’s no disguising our passion for all things food related. So when Masterchef Thomasina Miers and environmentalist Tristram Stuart approached us with their campaign to reduce food waste, which would culminate in a gastronomic feast in Trafalgar square, we were as excited as the proverbial pig in mud.
Not only has the (pro bono) project been fun and educational for the team, it’s proved to be a sustainable and engaging approach to our corporate responsibility.
The Pig Idea has the support of high profile ‘Ham-bassadors’; Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, Fergus Henderson and Giorgio Locatelli amongst others.
